The questions I get asked.
Pricing, payment, bookings, SEO: the answers before you even contact me.
How much does a website for a bed and breakfast cost?
A single page starts at €690 and a showcase website at €1,490, depending on the number of pages. Prices are net: VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The quote is free and with no obligation.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, for the showcase website: 1/3 when the quote is signed, then 1/3 in each of the following two months. The website remains the property of LINDAL studio web until paid in full.
Will my guests be able to book and pay online?
Yes, with the booking management page and secure online payment options. Your guests book and pay directly with you, with no commission taken on each booking by the big platforms.
Will the website display well on a phone?
Yes. Every website is optimised for mobile and tablet. With the Support & maintenance offer, the mobile display is checked after every update.
Will my website appear on Google?
Search engine optimisation (SEO) and local SEO are included, along with your Google Business listing and an access map. Nobody can guarantee a specific position in the results, but the website is built so that Google understands it and presents it well.
Will my property be mentioned by ChatGPT or other AI assistants?
Nobody can guarantee that. I structure your website (clear text, structured data, a consistent Google listing) so that search engines and AI assistants understand your property and can recommend it. Genuine reviews and a consistent presence across the web improve those chances.
What does Support & maintenance include?
For €50 per month on top of the showcase website: content updates, backups and security, small improvements, and a mobile display check after every update.
Do I need to provide my text and photos?
I set up your text and photos. If you don't have images worthy of your property, a professional photo shoot is available as an option, on quote.
Do you work with hosts all over France?
Yes. I am based in Haute-Savoie and work with hosts all over France. Depending on the distance, we meet in person or talk by video call (webcam), from the mockup to going live.
How does the first conversation work?
You tell me about your house and your guests, and we define what will make people want to book. Depending on the distance, in person or by video call, I can also show you a finished website. This first conversation and the quote are free, and I reply within 48 hours.
